The tread pattern on the Eagle F1 Asymmetric features an outer tread zone for enhanced grip and a water-shedding inner tread zone to aid wet traction. A continuous center rib helps provide enhanced highway-speed stability. Active CornerGrip™ Technology in the inside sidewall of the tire helps compress the tread evenly on the road for enhanced traction while cornering. And the optimized pitch sequence of the Eagle F1 Asymmetric tread helps reduce noise for a quiet, comfortable ride.

Mercedes E550 AMG Sport - 265/35/18 - Had an early sidewall blowout pinch on the factory ProContact tires. Replaced rears with GE F1 Asymmetrics. Much quieter, better traction in rain and dry, smoother ride, and handling is also noticeably more stable, especially at high speed. NO tire can do all things. Tire wear is expected to be quick. Get over it!!
