Have had these on my M35 for two seasons (starting third winter now) - great winter tires - never once had any issues. I could do slaloms around everyone in the snow. This is the definition of a great winter tire - when you can drive around without even caring if there is snow on the ground or not. We drove from Edmonton to Calgary once in our second season with these tires - and hit blizzard conditions for an hour of driving with no visibility and lots of snow on the highway - but I could drive with confidence thanks to these tires - had absolutely no issues - the traction control didn't even come on once. Highly recommended!

I bought a full set of these late last fall for my Mazda 3 and had them studded, I live in Northern Ontario where we see a lot of snow, cold weather and insufficient road maintenance, these tires were wonderful! I installed them about two weeks after the first snow and it it was like buying a new car. On acceleration the tires will still spin when leaving icy intersections but it is greatly reduced i would say around 75%. Once moving the car is SOLID, great traction on snow packed and icy highways and in fairly deep snow. The only real downfall is in breaking performance because of the studs, the rear end of the car tends to loose traction and sway left to right when breaking hard but this is a normal downfall of all studded tires. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe winter drive.

These are terrible tires at turnpike speeds on dry or wet conditions given their unbelievable soft side walls causing constant trammelling. In snow conditions they plow and push not cut through. Notwithstanding the embarrassing squishing sound on acceleration in the city and drone on the highway. The very worst $800 decision I have ever made!! Cant wait until the Spring yard sale to dump them out!

Great when brand new. I only have about 30,000 kms on them now, but they are definitely showing signs of wearing - grip and handling aren't what they sued to be and I'm not a hard driver. Dealer measure tread depth at 10/32 remaining which shocks me because I didn't think I was at 50% of it's life yet.

I bought these tires in anticipation of the bad winter we would have this year and I am incredibly glad I did. This is one of the worst winters I've had to drive in and with my first RWD car too. The stock tires were terrible on snow, and even though I didn't want to spend money on snow tires, I knew I wouldn't survive on the stock tires. These tires have proved to be one the best investments I've ever made. I spent a lot of time reading reviews. I didn't want an intense snow tire because I'm used to the mild winters we have here (though this year is proving to be rough). I think this is a good in-between tire. It's studdable, and I bought it without them. I read the reviews for the previous W410 and loved them. These things are nice and affordable too. Winter performance is a good title for it. It handles extremely well in the wet and dry and I have no trouble enjoying my sports car with them on. I've read reviews about other tires that squirm and struggle on dry pavement but excel on snow. This tire does well on both, although I think it gives up a bit of snow/ice performance for overall dry/wet. If you live in an area with extreme winter conditions I'd say get another tire, or stud this one. It's perfect for mild winters with low snowfall numbers. It can be a bit noisy, but after a while you don't really notice it, especially if you turn the radio up. Comfort is a bit difficult to rate because my car has a stiff suspension, so any tire would bump hard, but they're not bad. Last thing, they do not like warm weather at all, but they are snow tires, they work better the colder it is outside. If it gets warm out they seem to squirm a bit at highway speeds. You just need to take it easy if it's 50 or higher out.
