  • 95 chrysler intrepid - awesome tread life. ran these tires for 4 years and still have 50% tread left. never had a flat with any hankook tire as they are fairly puncture resistant. excellent in fresh powder or packed snow but lousy in wet slush. i didn't stud mine so if i studded i'm sure it would have handled better in icy slush. very satisfied. sold car & i am buying w409 ipike for my gmc jimmy.

  • 91 jeep cherokee sport 4L 4x4 - P225/75R15 - In the snow these tires perform surprisingly good. 12" of un-plowed snow without a problem. 6-10" on an an incline no problem. Ice and rocks on inclines, they do alright. I find they are at their best on hard packed snowy roads. 100km/hr on the trans canada for 400km. I like em. Mine are un-studed. Bosco just doesn't know how to drive.

  • Echo - I studded these tires and were amazed for the first 6 seasons.I finally dismounted them after 75,000km, they had 7mm tread left and were one season past there ability to impress.I would have replaced them with the same if available but did mount I pike 409's too early to tell yet. Freezing rain as we speak and my wife if off to work night shift..
