these tires came original with my 2003 TL. While not much should be expected of OEM tires, these were probably one of the worst tires i have ever driven on. However i decided to keep them and run them down till they have no useful tread left. This did not work out since one of the tires started to bulge out and developed a bubble with a nasty crack on it. with over 30% tread left i had to get rid of them because its structural integrity failure came earlier than its end of treadlife. As for its dynamics, it is horrible in both dry/wet and abysmal in snow. These tires are so bad that i consider them unsafe specially for inexperienced drivers. They are also very noisy and squeal a lot under stress/acceleration. The only high note about these tires are ride comfort and relative gains in fuel economy. overall, avoid getting these tires, there are so many better ones for less.

I got these as replacement for my OEMs last year. They still hold 70% Thread and I drive more than 35k Kilometers/Year. I do put on winter tires as the weather here in Toronto can get real ugly real fast during the winter season. I suppose I actually put 25-28k on these tires last year. They are back on my car now and couldn't be happier. Nice controlled drive, good grip and cornering. Not to mention I really did see a difference in fuel consumption savings compared to the Continentals that came with my car due to a lot less rolling resistance. I do rotate them at 10k. I will buy a set or Primacy when these wear off but until then. I believe there is another1.5- 2 years left before I actually change these tires. I drive mostly on highways. I put 3 stars on snow because I don't really know how they handle since I use Michelin X-Ice during winter.

My tires look like they have dry rot and are unsafe to drive. I've seen tire 10 yrs old that look better. I will never buy any car with Michelin tire on them.
