The Michelin LTX M/S marks our commitment to set a bold new standard in the Light Truck tire market.
Features:
Full depth sipes for better traction. The density, interlocking full-depth sipes improve wet traction and serve as biting edges to get you through the snow.
Optimized Contact Patch maximizes the stability of the tread blocks for longer life.
Deep circumferential grooves ensure superior wet traction. Working in concert with the lateral shoulder grooves, the water is swept back and evacuated out from under the contact patch.

I replaced the original goodyear tires after 88,000 miles with these as reviews gave them one of the best ratings. After 12,000 miles and a tire rotation the back tires are so loud I thought I had an axle bearing going. Not so after checking. I don't know if the belts have shifted or what the problem is and am a little disappointed. Will not replace them with Michelins. I have bought excellent Michelins in the past, but these are noisier than Goodrich AT's. They appear to be very good in the snow and ice and feel superior to the Goodyears, but the noise isn't worth the traction.

Just replaced the General OEM tires on my Colorado. Only got 26000 miles on them. The trip over Cheaha Mountain was a breeze on the dirt and gravel sections. Once on the highway they felt very responsive. They were highly recommended by my brother, he has them on both of his vehicles.

Great in the snow and wet weather. Performed well in 8" - 10" of snow. Very good handling on the highway and off-road traction was great. Good tread life.

Great tires! I had these tires for 100k and although I'm hearing some noice, I will definely purchase them again. I just love the way these tires perform. And by the way, the treadwear is great considering the mileage that I have gotten out of them.
