These were new tires that came with car when I drove off lot. I've have put 12,000 miles on tires and am buying new ones. I found out that the Michelin Pilot Sport AS (all season) would last a lot longer and be more appropriate since I didn't drive the car aggressively. Regular Pilot's were designed for autobahn driving and have softer rubber to grip the road. Driver take note: know what kind of performance you need before selecting.

Horrible tires..... wear out fast, but they are sticky in the dry. They suck in the wet and handle wet weather poorly. They ride loud and aren't worth the money. I just replaced them with hankook V12's... day and night difference. I will never buy those michelin's again.

These tires came with the car and to date were the best tires. The grip in the dry is great on the highway in heavy rain they inspired confidence, they do wear quickly but given the performance it is expected, and they are pricey. I have had Flakens on my car to replace these and they do not compare. I have recenlty switched to the Pilot A/S plus as a compromise as I am want an all round tire instead of UHP summer tire only.
