I upgraded my factory 18 inch wheels to 20 inch chrome wheels, just for the summer time. I wanted Michelin tires, but the sales rep at the store recommended the Nexen N7000. I have never even heard of this company and I had a couple days to wait until the wheels and tires got there so I told him that I would do my research and get back to him. Now, there really is not much on the web about this company. I have read some good reviews and some bad reviews, but most of the bad reviews seemed to be coming from when the company was just starting up and the better reviews were recent. Another factor was pricing. If I wanted the Michilen tires I would have to pay $800-$900 more than for the Nexens. So, since I knew the sales rep at the store and the reviews were so so, I figured why not give them a try for the price. If they were bad I could just say I got what I paid for, right? Well, I am very, very, very happy that I went with these Nexens. From the time I pulled off the parking lot, I felt this confidence with these tires that I rarley felt with cheaper brand tires. They stuck to the road like glue, and I think that the tire liked cornering more than I did. The comfort and noise levels were excellent. The next 2 days we were hit with heavy rain. This is where I thought I would have got what I paid for, but nope. These tires performed like champions in the rain and puddles. I've had them for a little over 2 months and put about 2,200 miles on them so I really can't comment on tread wear, but the tread is very good as well. I am goiong to put my factory wheels back on in the winter and when the factory installed Michelins wear out on them, I will be replacing those with snow tires made by Nexen. I just can't tell you how happy I am with these tires and I see very good things for them in the future. You can't go wrong with a set of these!!!

these tires are great in dry and wet weather in the snow they will get you through a few inches i live in chicago and we get plenty of snow never been stuck before.tires are super quiet and very smooth i have 60000 miles and still have enough thread for this winter. theres good reviews and bad reviews about n 7000 but let me remind you that every car performs different. and everybody drives different so these tires might do better in some cars than other. for the price i think they are worth it

nice looking tire. Handles quite well on both dry and wet road conditions. These tires a pretty quiet. If you want to be aggressive in the corners, these sidewalls are no the greatest - they feel like they want to let go. I have 56,000 km on these tires, and will probably only get to the next winter tire change. That is a little disappointing.
