Car I bought new for my wife, tires on the car were Pirelli 195 55 16 run flat. My wife is retired and is a non-agressive driver, car had no alignment problems and I got 15,000 on these tires and that sucks.

My 135i came with Dunlop SP 01 RFT's, and I soon found out why they are called "runcraps". These tyres crashed loudy over all bumps, even cat's eyes. Awful. And they tramlined so badly they were dangerous. So when it came time to change I did my research and came up with the Pirelli's. These are a completely different tyre. The grip is outstanding in both wet and dry conditions, plus importantly, they are comfortable - no crashing and no tramlining at all. Highly recommended.

The WINTER/SNOW TIRE version of the PZero RF performed extremely well on my All Wheel Drive Sedan, BUT WORE OUT IN UNDER 9,000 MILES! That is totally unacceptable for $2,000+ Tires (or ANY Tires for that matter). These high performance tires that never give even a clue as to the REALITY of their Tread wear are getting away with, well, whatever they like. NO set of tires should wear out this fast without MORE ADEQUATE DISCLOSURE!
