I do not recommend to anyone these tires: rubber is hard and at lower temperatures then -7 degrees Celsius, act like all-season tires. Go pretty well on little snow, not very well in big snow, and without nails are 0 on the ice. To - 20 Celsius are slippery on dry road , without snow or ice. Even at + 12 Celsius did not become soft. Are noisy, very noisy! Size 235/45 R17 97 T ( As required by manufacturing ) I do not know how to wear down quickly, because after 2000 km I decided to change them.

Had these on for 1 winter in Vancouver (2009) Tires performed excellent. Excellent grip in the wet - the sipes in the tread design evacuate the water very well even in deep puddles so I didn't have any hydroplaning. Dry traction was very good (don't expect to pull fast corners as these are winter tires with soft sidewalls). Cold weather grip was very good as well. Steering response is very good, compared to the Yoko Avids H4S which I used once. Light feel on steering, road noise is good - you'll hear a bit of rolling. Less than my Falken 912 - It's not silent like a MXV4's. Still have lots of tread left for this year. Ride is smooth - ready for this winter.

Got my RX-7 up the mountains on some very crappy days, where 4WD on all seasons where struggling. They are a bit noisy.
