Turn the radio up and there's no problem, they're noisy. They perform very well in wet conditions but definately shouldn't be called an "all season". No good at all good for Canuck winters. Handling on dry asphault is very good, no issues with high speed cornering at all. - Impressive - Looks - Two thumbs up! They're a confident, racey looking boot that will dress to impress. Treadwear - Not bad, I'm speculating 60 - 70000kms off these puppies, and that's with a fairly aggressive driving appetite. ;) - Overall - Good value for the dollar for performance inspired rubber. Would I buy them again? Depends on the car. Mazda 3, probably. Porsche Cayman, doubtful.

Those tire are good for the price, but don't espect to have anything super sticky on dry. I mean, those are great on most daily driving applications: If you drive carefully on wet surfaces, you won't have any trouble. However, those tires kinda limit the cornering on my car : I have an aftermarket suspension, and I can feel the tires don't have a lot "left" when cornering very hard. Threadwear seems adequate but noise is an issue. It's almost as noisy as most winter tire... but then again, it's a drawback from it's price. However, as I said, for the price, those are great "starter" tires or budget sport car tires (but again, don't espect the performance of a more honerous tire). On snow, I didn't try it, and I hope I wont as those are performance summer tire (should slip like hell, like every other summer performance tire, even with AWD).

Excellent on dry. For wet I would have preferred something a little more sticky. Don't use them in snow as they are illegal. Handle well, a little on the noisy side. Treadware is aewsome as they are hard as hell, but with all the mileage I do it's worth it. Also a road hazard warranty that exceeds expectations.

I've had the Akina on my Mazda5 for just about a year. I thought they were good tires for the price. But lately, I just found a bulge on the side of 2 tires. The dealer does not guarantee as he says that I have hit a street hole. I had the dealership tires on my Mazda5 for almost 5 years before I changed them for the Akina and I never had this problem.
