An excellent winter tire for the price. the only issue was a road noise and harsh ride when first installed. However, this was caused by over inflation when the tires were mounted on the rims and easily corrected. I have put close to 6000 km on these tires on dry, wet, snowy and icy pavement (I live in Edmonton Alberta!!!) with no issues. I would highly recommend these tire to anyone even if your not looking for a budget priced tire.

An inexpensive winter tire, provides decent traction and such, but rather noisy when starting up. That gets better as the tire warms, but still more noise than some other winter tires if that's a critical issue for you. Looks like I'll get a few winters out of them which I'm happy about.

Great tire for the price used other big name expensive tires and these seem to handle alot better. Was worried at the begining they would fall short but they held up better then I would ever have expected. I have used them now for 1 season and the wear is no more then any other tire i would have used snowed the other day and they felt likke driving on a summer day Wow what a graet deal highly recomend to anyone looking for a good winter tire and in Montreal we know winter well.

purchase these tires as a cheap alternative to drive my car in winter, bang for buck well worth the low cost in investment. i had them studded for winter, car is rear wheel drive. i am more them happy with doing so. tested them out on a empty parking lot with some light snow and ice, car has more then needed traction. there is some noise levels at 40-50km but highway speeds not very noticeable. treadwear 1000km still look good but will try and review again after winter. tire's materials are soft with good cuts in threads which will make good traction in cold winters with ice and snow compaired to some other name brand winter tires that have hard compounds with shorts cuts in thread (like my last years winter tires....was stuck and rear end was everywhere) appearance of tires... they look great they look like a carbon copy of my oem runflat 18'' tires they have a good size lip around the wheels to protect from curb rash. even if they do last for 2 full winters even with (quebec winter and bad roads) the price you pay for are half of any name brands tires.. i dont drive my car that aggressively with the winter tires on compared to my summer tires but like this review is bout winter tires and driving safely in winter. will i buy winterclaws again....YES for anybody looking for a low cost with more then excepted quality, they are a must try. Have a safe winter cheers!!

Beefy looking tire. Makes me feel safer just looking at it. Just waiting for the snow!
