Building on the outstanding legacy of the powerhouse Geolandar light truck tire line, the new A/T-S pushes the performance boundaries on and off the pavement. For rugged performance, long-lived durability and riding comfort, it'll take you almost anywhere.

    • Four straight grooves evacuate water for better performance in wet conditions.
    • Dual 3-D Rattlesnake sipes improve road performance & reduce uneven wear. Pyramid design adds stiffness. Zigzag configuration drains away water & grips slippery surfaces.
    • Beveled block edges promote even wear.
    • Five-pitch block variation cuts tire noise & reduces uneven wear.
    • Multistep Tread Technology features platforms around the groove walls, increasing rigidity for improved wet & dry maneuverability. Self-cleaning action ejects mud for better off-road traction.
    • Aggressive side protectors result in better traction in mud & stronger resistance to cuts.

I put these on my Toyota. In the summer and fall months they were ok. As the temp. fell the performance also dropped. Like driving on hockey pucks. "0" traction pulling away from a stop. And stopping is even worse. Give extra stopping distance and expect your traction control to go into overdrive. I have been an Automotive Tech. for 25 years by far the worst tire I have purchased or installed. I have ordered a different brand of tire to install.

So far a great tire. Noise is about average at highway speeds. Good handling. Had tires put on 86 toyota 4runner with a four inch lift. Need something for highway way use and lots of snow with dirt roads thrown in the mix. I would have to disagree with the other reviews saying these tire are pucks in the snow. At negative temperatures the only thing that's going to help them are dedicated snow tires with studs. I live in mammoth lakes ca where we average 500+ inches of snow and these tires rock in the snow. I rarely need to go into 4 wheel. Keep in mind winter temps here are ten to thirty degrees. All around they met my expectations and would buy them again.

Less than 22,000 miles on these tires. These tires puncture easily, two tires repaired due to ROCKS, and I do not live on a gravel road! No off road driving. The tires really are bad in the snow, like another reviewer said, just like hockey pucks. These tires were on the vehicle when purchased, had never tried this brand before. I am ready to replace these tires with another brand.

Long lasting tires with average road noise. However, do not purchase these tires for SNOW driving! They indeed turn into black plastic hockey pucks!

Just purchased these tires for my 2013 1500 Ram, very little traction on ice in cold weather (live in Northern SK - tires turn into hockey pucks as other person stated when the weather is -20 to -40celciuc which is all the time). I definitely get more traction in 4wheel drive (obviously), but zero traction on ice in 2wheel drive - literally 0...will have to put some weight in the box to get traction in 2wheel drive (this seems pretty common for trucks in the winter though regardless of the tires you have). I noticed when truck does slip/fish tail a bit on ice when in 4 wheel drive the tires re-gain traction pretty quickly (in combination with the traction control). I don't notice any noise (doesn't bug me that much anyway...if you want aggressive tread then noise goes hand-in-hand), when tread wears down more will probably notice more noise. Treadwear I rated at 4 as there is no N/A option (only have 300km on them). I don't have any problems with handling in the snow. Original tires on truck (came with it) were Good Year Wrangler SRA's - they were pretty good when they actually had tread on them - unfortunately the tread was almost gone by 35,000km (maybe have 5000km left on them) - pretty pathetic on a $50,000 truck.
