I had one Toyo Spectrum all weather M&S purchased from Les Scwab develop bubbles. I went back to the dealer and they told me it was my fault. Then about a thousand miles later the other front tire developed bubbles. I am a 67 year old conservative driver. The Les Schwab guarantee was worthless and the Toyo Tires were junk. I replaced them with a different brand and did not go back to Les Schwab.

Put 225/70/15 Toyo Spectrum Touring on my '83 Cadillac Sedan DeVille. I lived in a remote area on the Southern Oregon coast where road surfaces were less than optimum. Considering the size and weight of my car, the weather patterns, types of roads (Coastal Ranges and River Gorges) and road condition, it was brutal on tires. I had to be "Sold" in these because I had little faith in tires from the "Orient" on my BIG (well over 2 tons) American sedan. I kept the tires maintained and rotated them every 2800 to 3000 miles. They performed flawlessly! They were very quiet considering the harsh road surfaces. The nearest WalMart (or any kind of large retailer) was 130 miles away through twisty river gorges and over mountain passes. In a car the size of mine, it was hard on any tire. I drove that passage often, sometimes daily, without incident. In fact, I was very moderately aggressive and maintained high terminal speed without braking. Even under those conditions, the tires never faded! I drove them 47,000 miles and they looked as good as they did at 10,000 miles. They gripped solid and without complaint in conditions where even Max Performance tires might have complained. They worked good enough that I could manage high avergae speeds, even in the tightest series of turns. It may have helped to know the road, but the Spectrums kept me on it! I would buy another set in a heartbeat, given the same conditions.

As an experienced/performance driver, I'd say these are not terrible in dry weather, but very hairy in the rain and hydroplanes easily even at low speeds. Definately would not recommend these.

Bought 2 used tires. Very loud, a lot of drag, mileage went down. In 300 miles, the inner edges were showing scalloping. Coult be my car that has problems, but tires had humming noise since very first day. Do your research before buying. Would NOT recommend. Problems I experienced are way too common in these posts.
