One winter and 13 000km on the tires so far and the only complain I have is that they have a soft sidewall, I would have love them a bit stiffer for a 45 profile. Last winter was more wet than snowy here in Ottawa, Ontario but so far I am super happy with these for the price I paid (350$ tx in). I do 80% highway and 20% city plus some occasional trip to the cottage and my ESP might a kicked once or twice. I trust these tires but I don't ask them to do miracles when conditions are bad, I just drive consequently.

A tad noisy on dry pavement compared to some winter tires, but better than others. Not too bad and they had pretty good grip on dry. Last winter was fairly slushy and warm with no massive snowfalls but I found my winterclaws served me fairly well, especially at their price point. They didn't seem to be exceptional at either snow or on ice, but they offered good traction in both. Treadwear seems fine so far. Only have 1 season on them and about 12k, but still loads of tread left. I expect I'll get 3 or 4 seasons out of them. I figure at that point they'll still have some tread but why bother running a winter tire that's mostly worn? I'll just replace them then and be happy.
