I was initially very pleased with this 75,000 mile tire. The traction was great-I drove through hard-packed snow and wet snow for 100 miles within a few days of purchasing a set, and they performed exceptionally well. However, after about 20,000 miles I could see significant wear. I don't drive aggressively, if I'm on mountain roads I don't make the tires "squeal", and about half of the tires' mileage is in town. At 30,000 miles, I became worried that I would soon be having to replace the tires, the tread was quickly approaching the wear bars. Finally, at 36,000 miles, facing a 5000 mile road trip, I went to Discount Tire where I had purchased them, and replaced them. The rear tires (tire rotation was done every 5000 miles, several re-balancing over their life) were at the wear bars, the front pair just barely above. I'm very disappointed in a tire that's advertised with a 75,000 mile warranty that can only make 36,000 miles before being unsafe. I'm even more disappointed that the "warranty", for which I paid extra, only resulted in a $90 credit for the two rear tires (total) and a $70 credit for the front pair. I netted $60 after accounting for the warranty fee. I won't buy Nitto again, they're over-promised and under-delivered.

Purchased these to replace my factory tires on my Silverado. After 1 summer of driving on these I would definitely purchase them again. I find less hydroplaning in wet driving and they corner exceptionally well.

Just purchased the tires in preparation for wet winter and snowy travels. I swapped out prior NEW OEM Summer Performance tires and I can say the dry handling with the Nitto's isn't impacted, but I can definitely say that driving in wet weather, and more recently snowy conditions on trip to Oregon, the car handled extremely well. Would definitely buy again.

Did not have these tires long as I switched them shortly after install due to loud noise. A constant drone that I was not about to live for the next few years. They handled great in the rain and dry. Never used them in snow. Would have liked to keep them but the noise was too much.
