Much like the subject line says. If I buy tires from 1010tires.com, and I receive an out-of-round tire what do I do? According to the Terms and Conditions, as soon as the tire is installed on to the wheel, 1010tires.com is no longer on the hook. How would I know there was as out-of-round issue, if I DON'T mount the tire???

Sounds fishy.
