Offset for Steel Winter Wheels
It does matter, but it won't be a specific number, it will be a range like 40-55mm will work fine etc. It all varies per vehicle and model.

Enkei or 5Zigen and some Konig wheels will be pretty light. Any light wheels will have their weights listed on 1010tires.com
