Return/Refund Policy
To the best of our knowledge, the 1010Tires.com car, wheel, and tire selectors
are accurate. Due to the possibility of typographical errors, modified vehicles,
or other unnamed factors, 1010Tires.com can not guarantee fitment.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please call 1-888-825-MAGS. 1010tires.com will only accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
This means you must confirm that the order fits correctly within 30 days of
you receiving it. If you wait 3 months before trying to install the order and
find it doesn't fit, it will not be returnable.
Please read the following guidelines and
instructions if you need to return merchandise:
YOU MUST CALL FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION! General Return Information
A full credit will be issued for the following reasons:
1) Wrong merchandise is received and 1010Tires.com is at fault.
2) Merchandise is damaged in shipping (all merchandise is insured
against loss or damage)
3) Merchandise is defective
4) Merchandise does not fit properly, and was approved by 1010Tires.com, and there is no “customer
request disclaimer” on your invoice.
Any other returns will be subject to the following deductions:
Tires: Credit less all freight charges plus a 15% re-stocking fee.
Freight charges include duties and brokerage for U.S. Customers, and apply to
both directions of shipping. In other words you will be credited your invoice
amount less the following: - Shipping charges from 1010Tires.com to you.
- Duties and brokerage 1010Tires.com pre-paid when
the package was sent from 1010Tires.com to you.
- Any duty and brokerage charges 1010Tires.com
is assessed for the shipment from you back to 1010Tires.com.

the package was sent from 1010Tires.com to you.
- Any duty and brokerage charges 1010Tires.com
is assessed for the shipment from you back to 1010Tires.com.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay shipping charges when returning an order. Any returns
arriving at 1010Tires.com as "Freight Collect" without documented authorization will be refused delivery.
Please note that the product(s) are the customer's responsibility until we receive delivery.
Return Conditions and Procedures
All merchandise must be in new condition. Tires must not be driven on. Wheels must not have
been mounted on a vehicle or had tires mounted on them (excluding wheel & tire
packages). We do not accept returns using U.S. Postal Service or Canada Post,
and the shipment must be fully insured.
All merchandise must be properly packaged.
Whenever possible merchandise should be packaged the same way and with the same
materials as it was received.
Wheels
- Secure center cap and lug
nuts/bolts in separate bags or small box and tape securely to inside of
wheel box so it can not come undone during shipping. Make sure the
container is strong so the hardware does not break out and damage the wheel.
- Wheel must have a foam sheet
pad, or be wrapped in a plastic bag to protect the face of the wheel from
cardboard chafing.
- If returning two wheels in
one box, must have protective cardboard between wheels.
- Wheel must be secured and
well protected in the box. Any Styrofoam packing material received with
the shipment must be reused in the same way.
- Remove any staples that are
not fully closed from the box.
Tires
- Each tire must be labeled with the 1010Tires.com address as well as your own address.
- Return Authorization Code must be clearly printed on each label.
Wheel and Tire Packages
- When possible, use original packaging material consisting of:
- Three cardboard layers
(two for the face of the wheel and one for the backside of the wheel).
- Foam layers are
required to protect the face of the wheel from cardboard chafing.
- Small box secured to a
piece of cardboard containing the hardware.
- The tire/wheel packages must
be repackaged in the same fashion as when they were originally received.
- If nylon banding is
unavailable, a high-strength tape may be substituted to hold cardboard and
foam securely on the tire/wheel package
Label each package as you would a letter, including your return address and our
address. Shipping info for us should be labeled EXACTLY as follows:

You should also attach an envelope to the order and enclose a note with your
personal information, original order or invoice number, and the Return
Authorization Number that we give you when you call to arrange the return. You
should also note the reason for return so we can accurately process your credit.
Under no circumstance will 1010Tires.com accept a return
of product that is damaged due to the negligence of the customer!!! The
wheels are still your property until we get them back.
Please be aware that all merchandise returning to us (with the
exception of Canadian orders) will be crossing an international border
(1010Tires.com is a Canadian company located in Vancouver, B.C.) and therefore
must be accompanied by a commercial invoice. You must initialize a return
authorization prior to shipping your merchandise back to us. We will send you
a Return Authorization Code along with a commercial invoice and all necessary
instructions.
Upon receiving your order at our warehouse, it will be inspected and digital
pictures taken for our reference. We do not discard any packaging in case there
is damage due to shipping. Please note: it takes approximately 2 weeks to process your
credit.

International Orders
|
We ship internationally. We require full prepayment by money wire by SWIFT or payment by Western Union
(special account has been set-up to handle all international transaction worldwide). All orders are quoted in US Dollars.
We do not accept credit card payment on international orders. The exception is made for credit cards that signed up
with Verified by Visa
or MasterCard SecureCode. We ship by UPS or by cargo to the nearest airport from where you can
pick up your shipment and clear it through your local customs (this method is cheaper). We obtain a quote for shipping
on each individual order. To get a complete quote please email us and provide us with the following information:
- Product(s) you are interested to purchase and quantity
- Your vehicle information
- Destination country and/or city
- Method of shipping – UPS or by cargo (name of the nearest airport)

1010tires.com uses the United Parcel Service (UPS) for most orders within the United States and Canada, however Fed/Ex is sometimes used within the U.S.A.. You have the
choice of Standard Ground and Expedited for most regions.

The price of shipping any product from 1010tires.com varies, according to the location of the recipient and the size of the order.
Each order's shipping charges are calculated during time of purchase, and prominently displayed before each order is finalized. You can also
calculate shipping by adding any products to your shopping cart and clicking the 'calculate shipping' button.

Shipping Time
We ship by UPS ground (unless specified UPS expedited service) to all US
continuous states, provinces as well as territories in Canada. We are located
in Richmond, B.C., Canada. All shipments crossing the Canada - US border are
consolidated with other shipments and are transported to Seattle, WA, where it
is individually shipped to each specified destination.

We are set-up to accept payment by Western Union (QuickCollect). To choose this method of
payment, please proceed with placing an order on-line just like you would with a

($15 + GST/HST in Canada) which is offset by special discount of $1.50 per item.

Warranty
Tires
In Canada: Tires are covered by the manufacturer's quality warranty. Take the tire to your local dealer of that particular brand along with your 1010Tires.com receipt and they will
be able to process any warranties for you. **Please note: Tire warranties are pro-rated and do not give you a free tire.
You will be charged for the amount of tread that has been used, based on the nation adjustment price at the time of the
warranty, and most likely a service fee and labor fee.
In the U.S.A.: Tires are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. First, we recommend taking the tire in question to an authorized dealer of that particualr brand in your area (most tire manufacturers have dealer locaters on their web sites). They should be able to inspect the tire and process any warranty. If they refuse, then the tire must be sent back to
us (UPS Ground) for inspection at your expense. If the tire is deemed to be defective, we will ship you a replacement tire. **Please note: Tire
warranties are pro-rated and do not give you a free tire. You will be charged for the amount of tread that has been used,
based on the nation adjustment price at the time of the warranty.
Wheels
Wheels are covered by a 1 year finish warranty and a lifetime structural warranty. For us to process any wheel warranty, the
wheel will have to be sent back to us (UPS Ground) for inspection at your expense. If the wheel is deemed to be defective,
we will ship you a replacement as soon as possible. Finish warranty covers
defective finish, but is void if there is any evidence of use of wheel cleaners or abrasives. Wheels should be cleaned with
mild soap and water, and a soft cloth. Structural Warranties are limited to defects such as cracks, not caused by road hazards
or driver error. This IS NOT a road hazard warranty.
Labour
If you purchased a wheel and tire package from us, we shipped the tires mounted on the wheels and computer wheel balanced.
Within 30 days of you receiveing your order, if they need to be re-balanced we will reimburse you the cost providing it is
reasonable (approximately $10.00 per corner). You will have to fax us a copy of your paid reciept to 604-270-4729, along
with a cover letter explaining the problem. We will review the problem, and process the credit within 5 business days if
deemed valid.

Packaging
All products that you receive will be packaged on site and secured to prevent any
damage during transport. If any such damage occurs please alert 1010tires.com at
our support line at 1 888-825-MAGS or through e-mail. We
will contact you within 24 hours and advice on a course of action to take with the
shipping company.

Taxes & Duties
There are absolutely NO duties or Brokerage fees charged on
your purchases whether you are in Canada or USA.

Receiving Your Order
Check For Damage
When you receive your order, you must inspect each piece to
make sure there is no damage. We recommend you do this in front of the UPS
driver BEFORE you sign for the order. Once you have signed for the
order, you are taking responsibility that the order is in good condition. If
there is damage, you should refuse delivery and notify us as soon as possible
at 1-888-825-MAGS.
For a wheel and tire package, take off the packaging
material from each wheel / tire assembly and inspect for damage. For wheels
only, you must remove each wheel out of its box and inspect them individually.
Never put a
damaged product on your vehicle. Putting damaged product on your vehicle voids any responsibility the
freight company may have for the damage. A freight company will deny any claim
for damage if the product was installed on the vehicle, or while a shop was
installing it.
If you purchased wheels only, it is your responsibility to
inspect them for damage before you take them to the shop for installation.
We recommend that you do this with the
installer to make sure there are no dents, bends or scratches before wheels are
mounted on tires. Once they are mounted
on tires, we no longer can be held responsible for any damage.
Check for Accuracy
When you receive you order, make sure to check that all
pieces are the correct size, color, and any extras (such as installation kit)
have been enclosed. If you purchased wheels only, make sure the shop test
fits all four wheels before mounting tires on to them. Once a tire is
mounted on a rim, it is not returnable. If you have a concern, call
1-888-825-MAGS and let us know.

Choosing a Reputable Installer
After you have made sure everything is to your satisfactory
with your order, it is time to get it installed. You have just made a
considerable investment and you don’t want that ruined by a careless installer.
Once your installer starts work on your wheels, it releases 1010tires.com from
any liability for damage. Any damage occurred from this point on is the sole
responsibility of the purchaser and the installer.
Make sure you choose a reputable shop that specializes in
high performance tires and alloy wheels. A shop that can install tires on a
station wagon can’t necessarily install a 40 series tire on a 17” alloy wheel. Ask
your friends for references or check our list of qualified installers.
Wheels are fragile items and require specialty equipment to install them on
tires.
Once you have chosen an installer, ask them if they regularly
work on alloy wheels and low profile tires. Make sure their machines are in
good working order because an unadjusted machine can easily mark or scratch an
alloy wheel. Make sure they do a dynamic balance to ensure a smooth ride. Make
sure your installer uses a torque wrench to install the wheels on your vehicle.
Your vehicles O.E.M. torque settings are acceptable for your new alloy wheels.
After your installation is done, again inspect your wheels and point out
anything that has appeared during installation. Once you are satisfied with
work done, it’s time to go out and enjoy your new purchase!
