"Surpisingly nimble for Q rated tire. Very good in slush and heavy wet snow. Tread picks gravel like crazy. Still work very good in the 2nd season with about 70% tread."

"Had them for 1 season on a 2000 Grand Am GT in Edmonton. Absolutely awesome in any kind of snow. Car felt kind of tippy at first compared to stock RSA's but one soon adapts to the feeling and the traction more than offsets the slight deterioration in dry handling. I would strongly recommend these tires."

"Quieter, softer and none of the harshness that came with the Bridgestone EL42. Very good in deep snow and ice. With a deep tread 13/32 they should last longer than some of the more expensive winter tires with only 10/32 of depth."

"used on '94 Saturn, '99 Saturn and 2002 CRV - lining in maine 4 snows is the only way to go. Always provided excellent adhesion and handling in snow slush and rain and does make a difference on ICE. Yep they wear quicker - compounding and aren't made for sport handling. For the price, still my favorite snow tire"

"1999 saab9-3 turbo ,i live in altoona pa we get a lot of snow and ice,had no problems with these tires , there much better than blizzaks all around. would recomend them very highly if you live in the snow belt."

"90 Merc Topaz Excellent grip on every snow type I have experienced with them. They have tamed 10" of powdery ice crystals, 6-8" of heavy wet snow, hard pack, slush and ice, etc . . The last storm dumped 2" of ice on top of 6" of wet snow. Getting to work was no more difficult then any other day, except that I had to wait for other drivers to get out of the way. Braking traction is excellent. Wet traction above average but nothing special. I cannot judge wear as I have not had them long enough. A fair weather grocery getter has turned into a severe weather get to work in anything car. Overall, very impressive tires!!!"

"Mazda 6. Not one of the best winter tire out there but not the worst either. Good on light/medium snow conditions only. But for $130 per tire (including bal. & tax etc), it is an absolute bargain !!"
