| HD Driver | "1999 Toyota 4Runner - Bought the 16" 10-ply LT235/85R16s having been extremely happy with the 15" 8-ply version on my older 1990 Runner. Perfect tire for this vehicle. In both cases, the tires wore like iron showing virtually no wear over 4 or 5 seasons, 90,000KM plus. Served exceptionally well in all conditions imaginable, including extended -40 weather, lots of snow, lots of highway, a few emergency manoeuvers / stops, some off-road / mud / rock stuff, plenty of nasty stuff. Primarily Northern BC driving (Prince George, Fort Nelson, points between), plus cross-country summer trips to the midwest US. Never a problem, very secure. Could not recommend more strongly. Now waiting for M-606 17" for my 2003 V8 4Runner Sport. Could buy proper 16" wheels for the rig to get the tires, but patience is a virtue, so they say."
