"Dry Traction and Handling is almost too good! I can't even chirp them on my 1.8T Golf and I'm thinking of getting less stickier tires! Now if I had a BMW with a V6, I can only imagine how beautiful these tires would perform. Good warranty at 60k too. "

"Just had these installed about a month ago from this review on my 2000 Grand Am SE and these tires handle extemely well. I was impressed how smooth and quiet the ride was with these tires. Also handle extremely well in wet weather. Definitely recomend these tires."

"1999 Subaru Impreza TS. The OE RE92s wore out just by looking at them, so I got these Proxes TPT tires. Good thing they have a 30 day trial offer, because I hated them. It felt like putting on a giant pair of winter boots. The steering feel disappeared, the car was all over the place on the highway in windy conditions. The sense of straight ahead vanished, and the car veered off to the left very slightly if one let the steering wheel go. And yes, Aunt Jane, I do carry a tire pressure gauge. The ride went clumpy as if the tires weighed about 30 pounds each, but at least they were quiet. On long fast corners the car felt as if it were on tiptoes, feeling unstable. I just could not relax with these tires, and the first 100 klicks during scuff-in, they felt as though they were lubricated with butter. Absolutely pathetic for Subarus. Changed to Bridgestone RE950s, and even before scuffing in properly, my smile is back. What a difference!"

"Iown a2001Audi A4 1.8T Quattro. The car came with Good Year Eagle LS tires The Toyo tires I have on now beat the Good Years in every category. Handling is excellent and traction is exceptional. The tires run smooth and quietly. I'm glad to have found out about these tires from a friend. "

"Awsome. I didn't think a 65,000 mile tire could stick so good in dry conditions. Very quiet tire even when pushed hard through corners (no chirping). Pretty quiet on the highway. Straight line braking in wet is great! Does give a bit in cornering when wet, but duh! Might be asking too much for wet conditions. Tread doesn't look real agressive for snow, but I will try and report as soon as it gets colder. Iv'e had lots of tires, Eagle GT+4 (total crap in rain), Cooper cobras, Dunlops, Bridgestones, ect. These are the best all season tire I have ever owned. Little stiff for bumps, but not harsh at all. Buy them!!! "

"Very pleased with these tires on my Grand Prix. Replaced OE Goodyears on 16" rims. The Goodyears left a lot to be desired. The Toyos are great, major handling improvements."

"Please read my other review of the good features of this tire. This review is only for Snow. I have never owned a worse tire for snow traction. At first I thought that it may have been an icy layer under the snow. Anyway I used old rims to get some snow tires, and it pulled great. I put these tires back on, since there is no snow in the forcast. We have about1/2 inch of dry powered snow on the driveway. I couldn't move up my slight grade!!! If you have snow tires, these are great for summer. Do not let the "All Season" rating full you. These are not tires that you want to take in snow with a 2 wheel drive car. If you have a Suburu or Audi that has All wheel drive, these would be great, otherwise keep them out of the snow!!!!!!!!! 99 Saturn SL1 195/60R15 With Motegi MR7 rims (sits about 3 inches wider than the factory 175's with 14 inch rims)"

"Just installed on my 2000 Dodge Intrepid ES. Tire noise is a big issue on this car, and these are a little noisy on rough (concrete, etc) noise surfaces. Not too bad, though. Very smooth, especially at freeway speeds, and smooth linear turn in and steering reponse. A bit dead in steering feel on center, but that may get better with more miles on them. That dead spot on center seems to be a characteristic of Toyo tires, at least while they're new. Smooth ride, much better than the Bridgestone Sears model (Weatherforce) they replaced. I expect them to perform very well in the rain, although we haven't had much of that since I got them. They are an expensive tire, so I expect the world of them. "

"I've got a 1999 Pontiac Sunfire 2.2 coupe. I recently purchased a set of Proxes TPT and all I can say is WOW. The difference was huge. It's like my old tires didn't even contact the road compared to the traction and stability that these give."
