"2003 Suzuki Aerio SX Manual. These are excellent snow tires! Have all four mounted, and blew pass Cars going up the Mountain Passes. Handle very well in all conditions, especially impressed with these tires in icy conditions. Track very well, quiet and responsive. Will give you a higher confidence level, but remember it is winter driving."

"2004 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro These tires have definitely met my expectations. I spend a lot of time in the mountains on roads that are covered in snow. I have no problems starting on a hill or cruising at relatively high speeds for snow (but not ridiculously high speeds). When it's raining, as it often does in Vancouver, BC, I also have no probs. When it's dry out, these babies seem to perform like a summer tire too! I can't comment on treadwear since it's only been 3 months."

"Mazda Protege 2001 - I have now completed the second winter with these tires. Being in Quebec, I must recommend them to anyone in need of maximum highway traction. As expected, the pattern did not fully respond to low rural speed cornering, but still managed to carve 20 foot by 2 inch slush puddles. The groovings are also remarkably well located and almost turned highway lake crossing (120kph) to a joke! Finally, on highway snow conditions, the AVS Winter proved to THE best winter tire I have ever tried. 13 year driver."

"No tires can both be the best summer performance and winter tires, however, the Yoko AVS Winter provides an excellent balance on handling and performance between dry and snow. Good winter alternative for people who want snow traction on their tires but do not like riding on 4 balloons. "
