The latest in our line of environment-conscious tires, the Ecopia™ EP422™ is an all-season tire that delivers a smooth, comfortable ride. It is designed to improve rolling resistance, which helps it achieve better gas mileage. With its innovative tread compound and advanced traction technology, the tire is a strong, reliable performer on wet and dry surfaces all year long.

  • NANOPRO-TECH improves rolling resistance and contributes to fuel-efficiency and CO2 reduction by controlling the interaction between polymer, filler materials and other rubber chemicals at the molecular level.
  • FUEL SAVER SIDEWALL COMPOUND helps lower rolling resistance by both returning more energy back to the tire and reducing heat generation as compared to a traditional sidewall.
  • SILICA improves traction in wet conditions by increasing flexibility of tread compound.
  • RECYCLED GROUND RUBBER made from ground-up post-consumer tires, it contributes to 5% of the tread compound.
  • CIRCUMFERENTIAL GROOVES help channel water out of the footprint area to improve resistance to hydroplaning.

Worst tires I've ever owned, EVER. Bought them on a vacation in Utah, on a Sunday when everything else was closed, but Walmart was open. Thought the national chain would be good for balancing and mileage warranty. Only had three of the tires we wanted, so forced to buy these after a blowout. 10 months and 16,500 miles later the tires are worn completely away. Completely. The edges started wearing in just a couple thousand miles. Regular rotations did nothing but wear the tires out evenly, and badly. When returning to Walmart for new tires we were told there was obviously a "mechanical" issue with our car, and they would not honor the manufacturer's warranty. Really? All four tires had the exact same wear, with the belts sticking out of the sides. Ridiculous, terrible tires. Finally Walmart gave us the prorated discount and we bought a different brand. Stay away from this tire. In 35 years of driving I've never seen a tire wear out so fast, or so unevenly: the insides and outsides. Some days we felt like we could actually feel the rubber wearing off the tire. And from one week to the next we could see the tire deteriorating. There were times we thought something was wrong with the car. Turns out it was the tires all along. Stay far away from this tire.

Sounds like I am rolling down the road in winter tires in the middle of the summer. Noisy as heck!!! Vehicle feels like it wants to meander back and forth across the highway for no reason at all. Constantly have to correct steering to stay in lane. Piece of garbage. Costco should be shamed of themselves for selling this garbage! First and last time I get tires from Costco.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!! Worst tires I ever bought!!!!!!!!! Tires didn't even last 2 years! Very uneven wear... outside edges are nearly bald, while plenty of tread let in the centers. At first I thought it was due to my negligence(thought I needed a alignment)... however when I went to get new tires and an alignment done, they told me my alignment was perfect....

I have only had these tires for slightly over one month, put 5000 miles on them, car aligned, new Moog suspension on car. When tires were put on they put 32 lbs of pressure car weak on curves so I jumped up to 35 psi better response but now noticing wear on outer edges seem to be wearing, not sure why. Another thing went on 360 mile trip always have averaged 31 mpg or better on this once a month drive. Mileage dropped to 28.8 not fuel efficient as claimed. Now stucked with these tires. Bad on you Bridgestone.
