I purchased a set of 4 all season tires last fall - True Contact 100 T 225/65R16's. I had narrowed it down to 3 different tires and decided to go with these since they were advertising a $65 rebate as long as you bought 4 and you bought them before Oct 31/18. You had to send in your proof of purchase to get the rebate which I did. I received a reply that a cheque would be mailed to me within 8-12 weeks. I heard absolutely nothing from them until I followed up in January. They proceeded to tell me the tires were not eligible, only the "winter tires" were eligible. I went back to the dealership who agreed with me that there should be a rebate on these tires, the "winter tires" had a larger rebate. The dealership called and talked to Continental directly - got a bit of a run around and then finally a promise that someone would call me back within 7-10 days. Only 2 months later and I have heard absolutely zero from them. They obviously care nothing about customer service. No future sales here!

Due to my long commute to work. I needed a set of tires with long life. These TrueContacts definitely provided. They are just about to hit the wear bars at 95k km, lasting 3 years. I'm going to replace them with another set. Dry/wet traction was great. After warming up, there were no traction problems. Steering feedback was good due to the semi firm sidewalls. Handling was good for an All season, the tires had a tendency to chirp long before losing traction in corners. The car had a greater tendency to understeer than my previous contiental extremecontacts. But that's fine for touring tires. Comfort was ok, you could feel larger bumps, and gravel roads were very noisy. Highway driving was quite. I expected this with the firm sidewalls. The rubber did firm up below 0*C, and snow traction was poor. I didn't run these during the winter, as our weather is too extreme for all seasons. They were still useable, but switching to winter's maked a hurry improvement.
