The WILDPEAK AT3W is engineered for adventure, any time and in any weather. The AT3W combines aggressive off-road ability and rugged terrain driving without compromise on the pavement. An optimized tread design combined with a silica tread compound enable the AT3W to excel in three areas: wear, winter, and wet performance. Designed for severe snow conditions, every AT3W tire is qualified by the Rubber Manufacturers Association for the Three Peak Mountain Snow Flake (3PMSF) symbol. The AT3W is packed with technology, from Falken's patented 3D Canyon Sipes to an all-new proprietary lower sidewall. Full-depth sipes and grooves maintain consistent performance and appearance throughout the life of the tire.

  • OUTER APEX SIDEWALL
features a secondary bead apex that acts as a heat shield to protect the internal casing of the tire, resulting in confident handling and durability with the added benefit of sidewall protection on rough roads and trails.
  • 3D CANYON SIPE TECHNOLOGY
interlocks the shoulders to resist wear from high torque as well as providing additional handling stability.
  • AGGRESSIVE UPPER SIDEWALL
along with offset shoulder blocks protect the tire from sharp rocks and provide additional off-road traction at low tire pressures or in off-camber situations.
  • SILICA TREAD COMPOUND
delivers superior wear life and wet performance (non-LT sizes).
  • HEAT DIFFUSER TECHNOLOGY
in the lower sidewall dissipates heat to protect the internal tire components. Keeping this critical area of the tire cool ensures vehicle stability even when towing or carrying heavy loads.
  • RUGGED AND RIGID TREAD BLOCKS
feature support ramps and step-down features that provide tread-pattern rigidity in the contact patch, enhancing vehicle stability and handling while also preventing stones from becoming trapped in the grooves.
  • DEEPEST TREAD IN THE CATEGORY*
provides long lasting wear as well as consistent snow and hydroplane resistance throughout the life of the tire (*LT Sizes, 20/32nds inches).

I have now had the opportunity to experience Dry, Wet, Snow and Off road conditions. I have been driving a trucks most of my 40 years of driving, and living in Vancouver i can say with confidence these are the best wet weather truck tires i have ever owned. They perform excellent in snow as well as in light off road use. On Dry roads they are quiet and confident feeling. These will be going on my truck again.

These tires brand new in beautiful weather are horrible at speeds of 65+. The car shook and rocked when I went to change lanes because another driver attempted to overtake my lane. It was as if the car was stuck in a trench or in mud. The tires would not move, they just stayed straight as if in a rut. I feared that I could have easily rolled the car over. I immediately returned them for some Yokohama's for which I am pleased with. I am an experienced self confident driver over 50 years-trust this these tires are dangerous and have flip over potential.

I've had these on now for a little over a month of winter driving and have to say they are amazing. Possibly the best all terrain tire I've ever had. I had to give only 4 stars on comfort because I swear I can feel the tread blocks hitting the pavement but it is very minor, not even close to a mud terrain, so totally bearable. My last two sets of tires were 35 x 12.5 x 20 Toyo AT2 extremes and they were a bit softer for feel but no where near as good on snow and ice. These Falkens will bite hard into loose snow, slushy snow between the lanes, and hard pack. Absolutely an amazing tire for crummy winter conditions in Central Alberta. On ice they're still not great but better than the Toyo's.
