The Ventus V12 evo2 is designed for drivers who like to express their own personality and style while experiencing outstanding traction and handling performance. The sophisticated sidewall design of the Ventus V12 evo2, along with its advanced tread pattern design, offers drivers of sports cars, coupes and sedans the fresh style they desire.

  • The Visual Alignment Indicator (VAI) siping system offers drivers an easy way to check tire alignment by comparing tire wear on both the inside and outside of the tire´s contact patch.
  • Aqua jet provides efficient water evacuation from the center of the tire´s contact patch for improved wet condition performance.
  • Cooling system improves the dispersion of heat generated during use and helps to evacuate water from the tire´s contact patch.
  • Stealth Technology - unique wing tip design reduces noise by incorporating beveled tread block edges to lower unwanted surface impact sound.
  • An aero-dynamic design, which incorporates rectangular dimples in the tire´s sidewall, helps to minimize noise and vibration by reducing airflow turbulence while driving.
  • Tire structure includes: High grip silica compound; Jointless full cover; Wide steel belt layer; High density polyester carcass; High stiffness bead filler; Strong single strand bead wire.

I drive a performance Tesla S P85D for a reason. It's a heavy car (2.3ton) and I habitually put down 300+kW with almost instant torque. Dont expect my tyres to last, hence 10-15k km is ok. These tyres, Noise is somewhat ok. Handling not bad. Bought these cause cheap. Didn't drive in snow. These tyres are rather ok in the dry, when new. As time goes by, they get progressively slippery. In the wet, they lose grip "catastrophically ". By that I mean once they lose grip, it comes back waay late. As an example. With these tyres in the rear one can put a Tesla P85D in a power slide requiring half a turn counter steer, and making the driver think "Sh!t. Omfg, g0ddamn! I never thought I could *lose* this car in this corner". For those who don't know, it's almost impossible to put a dual motor Tesla in tête-à-queue. Front wash, yes. Rear end slipping and putting you butt to front, only time this was a genuine, gut-wrenching concern was when using these tyres in the wet. I would not buy them again. (Comparison: I used to have falken 453 Azensis. Loved them. Now I have Kumho ecstasy ps71 in the front. Seem better than the hankooks.) Other than that, great product.

I've been using these tires on my car for several years and I am happy with them. Including the current set on my car I have used 4 sets of Hankook Ventus V12 evo2 (K120) tires.
