The I'Zen KW31 uses advanced materials and design to put all-winter performance within reach. A new high-dispersion compound delivers excellent cold grip. The deep directional tread handles well on ice and snow. An exceptionally comfortable and durable winter tire.

  • Maximized snow traction and braking performance
  • Improved cornering and handling on snowy and icy roads
  • Snow/Ice destroying snow buster in the shoulder area

These tires seem to offer a great value for the money. They perform better in the dry than I expected but they are still a winter tire so there is a definite drop in performance compared to a summer tire. They are very good in the wet, almost perform as well as when it is dry. Compared to the popular brands like Michelin and Bridgestone I have found these to be quite good in snow and on ice. For the price I would have expected a bigger difference in severe weather performance but these are a solid performer. I have had them on for two winters now with no significant issues, never gotten stuck or lost complete control. I did have a "moment" on black ice where I could see the car ahead of me lose control. I touched my brakes which immediately triggered the ABS, so effectively zero braking, however there was enough traction to swerve around the other car and carry on without incident. 10 minutes later there were at least 4 cars piled into each other. I credit the tires for giving me just enough to avoid an accident. So overall, a solid performing tire for a very good price.

Only had on for a month but driven in everything from dry pavement to deep snow and ice and these tires have gripped well on all surfaces. Turn in grip is among the best I've had on this vehicle outside of summer tires and braking and acceleration grip has been pretty too notch as well. Currently looking for a set for my other winter vehicle. Can't speak about wear yet but I am assuming being winter tires and a soft compound they will likely wear on the quick side but I haven't had a winter tire that doesn't.
