Given that I'm an extremely highway based and careful driver (no crazy road rash travel etc), I got 79,400 miles on these. Still have some tread left but changed them just because winter is upcoming and I prefer not to drive Michigan winter's on an average of 2/32 to 4/32" treads left. Can't tell if they performed this well because of my driving habits (32.4MPG average in a Nissan Rogue for the life of the tire), but they were solid for me.

Africa is not for sissies. And this tyre is a sissie tyre. Got three (3) punctures in one day traveling on gravel roads in South Africa. Cannot understand why MB would mount tyres like this on an off-road vehicle like the G-Wagon. Note: All my ratings are for hard surface travelling and not gravel roads.

On 20 thousand miles on my new truck and all tires are going bald. 600 dollars to replace. Not fair.
