Michelin´s best standard passenger car - minivan tire ever offering confident driving through exceptional safety, longevity and a quiet, comfortable ride so that you can protect those you care about most.

  • Exceptional grip provided by IntelliSipe™ Technology maximizes the number of sipes within the tire, which allows you to brake confidently when you need to most for greater peace of mind in stressful driving situations.
  • MaxTouch Construction combined with the interlocking action of Michelin´s Breakthrough IntelliSipe™ Technology delivers impressively long wear life by providing exceptional tread block rigidity while optimizing the tire´s contact with the road during acceleration, braking and cornering.
  • The interlocking action of IntelliSipes™ creates a more rigid tread block, which allows for a reduced starting tread depth leading to lower rolling resistance so you can save fuel without sacrificing safety or longevity.

These tires lasted for only 50% of the touted 90,000 miles. Would nor recommend them (and I certainly won't be buying them again).

I've never had more confidence in driving than with Michelin Defenders on a heavy sedan. They are especially good on the snow and ice, even after 100,000 KM. They're not perfect on wet roads, and they're not performance tires. They're trustworthy if you drive with moderate care, they will serve you well.

Best tire ever owned. I have 63,000 miles in four years and am thinking of buying new ones. I could go another 20 or 30 thousand miles, I'm pretty sure.

Not worth the money wet/snow traction is awful, close to a summer only tire, not a high end all season. And don't expect anything close to the mileage they claim.
