Michelin´s best standard passenger car - minivan tire ever offering confident driving through exceptional safety, longevity and a quiet, comfortable ride so that you can protect those you care about most.

  • Exceptional grip provided by IntelliSipe™ Technology maximizes the number of sipes within the tire, which allows you to brake confidently when you need to most for greater peace of mind in stressful driving situations.
  • MaxTouch Construction combined with the interlocking action of Michelin´s Breakthrough IntelliSipe™ Technology delivers impressively long wear life by providing exceptional tread block rigidity while optimizing the tire´s contact with the road during acceleration, braking and cornering.
  • The interlocking action of IntelliSipes™ creates a more rigid tread block, which allows for a reduced starting tread depth leading to lower rolling resistance so you can save fuel without sacrificing safety or longevity.

I had to purchase new tires on the rear only because Honda had control arm issue which made inside edge of tires wear out prematurely on a $200 Michelin pilot sport tire.So I replaced control arms and went with less expensive Michelin defender. So far their quiet and very smooth.Michelin are more pricey but worth the money.Honda never did reimburse me even though there was technical service bulletin exposing their design error with suspension because I bought vehicle used and never received mail for class action suit.I still like my Honda though-it's a great car.

p2055516. After 3 years and 45K mi on a supposed 90K k life tire the tires are showing heavy cracking where the tread meets the sidewall and need to be replaced for safety. Michelin know of the problem and has a go no go picture gauge for the problem. Last fall dealer says not bad enough yet for Michelin to warranty. Now is bad enough for adjustment. Dealer says after 4 years Michelin wont do any thing for you. We will see how much they will charge for a tire that is less than half its life.

Purchased tires at Costco fro 90,000 mile warranty. Vehicle had 41,000 miles at time of replacement. Brought in with 74,000 miles on it for balance and rotate and asked tire tech to check treads. Came back and told me no use to rotate as they need replacement. Pro-rated so going to cost me $155.00 for another set of these tires. Hopefully better then the first set.
