Michelin´s best standard passenger car - minivan tire ever offering confident driving through exceptional safety, longevity and a quiet, comfortable ride so that you can protect those you care about most.

  • Exceptional grip provided by IntelliSipe™ Technology maximizes the number of sipes within the tire, which allows you to brake confidently when you need to most for greater peace of mind in stressful driving situations.
  • MaxTouch Construction combined with the interlocking action of Michelin´s Breakthrough IntelliSipe™ Technology delivers impressively long wear life by providing exceptional tread block rigidity while optimizing the tire´s contact with the road during acceleration, braking and cornering.
  • The interlocking action of IntelliSipes™ creates a more rigid tread block, which allows for a reduced starting tread depth leading to lower rolling resistance so you can save fuel without sacrificing safety or longevity.

Florida driver, don't know if the climate plays a part. Nice handling, comfort, etc., but like most other reviews I have read about this tire, tread wear makes this tire cost inefficient. Have 34,353 miles on the set. Even wear, but will be lucky to see 40,000 miles.

The worse tires I have ever owned tread wear is terrible after two years and 50,000 mile tires worn to unsale. One side wall blow out. One belt broke and came out side wall. This all in two years. By the way don't buy NTBs road hazard gaurentee it is worthless by the time they prorate your tire you get less than $25.00. I've lost control of my vehicle numerous times in the snow. Each time I was almost in a serious accident. Spinning out no traction in snow. TERRIBLE TIRES NO MORE MICHELIN FOR ME!!!

Bought these based on reviews and reputation. ~3 years and ~20k miles later, with normal driving and regular rotations, two of the tires are down to 4/32 tread. These are supposed to be 90k tires. Needless to say they are a waste of money. Only good thing in my scenario is the way Discount Tire handled the warranty and replacing them (with Continental tires).

Michelin seems to me to be very substandard. I bought 4 Defender tires, have perfect alignment, drive like a grandma. About 25,000 miles later they are near the end of life. Probably another 10,000 miles at most left. Previously I bought 4 Hydroedge tires on a different van. Same thing, tire life far less than it should be. I check tire pressures monthly and set with my own air compressor. I set them always to the high end of the pressure spec which is best for tire life. Most of the time I have 1 to 3 passengers. The vans were not excessively loaded. I've had them rotated regularly. Wear is even but extremely premature. No excuses possible from Michelin. I've always heard Michelin is top of the line. No. Not true as far as my opinion is. I will no longer buy Michelin.
