The new MICHELIN® Pilot® Alpin® PA4™ tires provide safe winter driving year after year, with controlled power.

  • Exceptional control in snow and ice. Equipped with an exclusive tread design and StabiliGrip™, a 3-D sipe technology, the new MICHELIN® Pilot® Alpin® PA4™ tire delivers a 10% improvement on snow acceleration and more than a 5% enhancement in handling and braking on snow covered and icy roads ( compared with the previous-generation tire).
  • Improved braking distance. The new formula of full silica-based rubber compound, Helio Compound+, allows the MICHELIN® Pilot® Alpin® PA4™ tire to remain flexible in low temperatures for better winter performance; stopping over 5% shorter on snow, ice and wet roads ( compared with the previous-generation tire).
  • Certified by ultra-high performance vehicle manufacturers. The new MICHELIN® Pilot® Alpin® PA4™ tire is approved by the high standards of Porsche SE and is currently being tested by many other high-performance vehicle manufacturers.

Like all Michelin tires I owned. All total crap. Only good for first season. After that they are crap. Hydroplans all the time and starts slipping a lot more as it goes through the second season.

Have these on my 2013 WRX STI. Steering response and handling almost as good as a dedicated summer tire in the dry. Very quiet and comfortable ride. Too soon to say for tread wear. The best performance winter tires I've had.

I had these tires on my bmw 328i xdrive coupe e92, and never felt so secure on the snow. The tires are amazing ( u can beat an f-150 on the snow with this set ). Will buy another set for sure. Very smooth drive, quiet on dry and the handling is amazing too. Buy these u wont regret. One of the best winter tires ever made.
