Perfect snow and ice tire. I own five vehicles and have run many different winter tires and these never slipped, slid and drove through any snow conditions that I've had to drive in. They're pricey but worth every cent! They wear fairly quickly but they are an awesome tire overall! Highly recommend!

These tires are hopeless for real winter driving conditions. Buy these tires and get ready to slide to a stop, drift around corners, experience moments of terror as you drive on mountain highways. These might be good for driving in the city on well sanded / salted roads, but they completely fail on ice, frosty roads, and fresh or packed snow. No tire is a substitute for caution and skill, but theee are a waste of money. Toyo, nokian - much better! How Mercedes can sell these in their winter package eludes me.

Long time skier in the Canadian Rockies and these are the worst tires I have ever used. I feel taken by Mercedes for selling them to me. Probably only good for city winter conditions. On the highway there is very poor connection to the road in true winter conditions and very little comfort that the vehicle will stay on the road. I have been driving on these roads my whole life and these tires are bad. Actually sent them back to the shop to see if they are defective because these are not good on highway ice.
