I bought my forester and it had a set of these tires on it, I have absolutely had it with them, i'm currently looking to replace them. Never had so many flat tires or seen tires wear so quickly before. Never used them in the snow or ice so I cant say what that would be like, however traction in the wet isn't too bad and traction and handling dry isn't that bad either.

Do not ever buy these tires if you will be driving in snow and/or ice. They are the absolutely the worst tires I have ever driven on. They do not stop on snow or ice.

The best tire I ever had. 70,000 miles and never had a problem even in snow. I'm going to replace them soon with exact model. wear was even with the this all wheel drive car. I have driven in condition from dirt to ice roads.

My 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe came with the Dueler H-T 684 II. Treadwear is quite good, however it is a 5 year old and we've only put 45K Km on it. All four have worn evenly and we've never had any issues with these tires, even in southern Ontario winters. The biggest issue I have with this tire are cracks. The sidewall has all kinds of cracks and there are deep cracks all along the valleys of the tread. There are still a lot of tread left, however I fear the cracks may lead to catastrophic blowout. My family's safety is more important,so all 4 have to be replaced.
