Does This Tire Fit?

Winter studless tire designed for excellent snow and ice traction. Performs superbly on dry and wet pavement in cold temperatures. As temperatures drop below 7 degrees, so does an all-season tire' s ability to grip the road- translating into longer stopping distances and less driving control. The ExtremeWinterContactTM is built to conquer the road with confidence- even in the coldest winter weathers.

  • Improved dry handling
  • Swift Removal of water
  • Excellent traction and braking on snow
  • Reduced braking distances in snow and ice

I am working as a snow removal crew so I am usually on the road before the city has a chance to get theirs out. No problem so far (about 10000km on them). I drive a 2006 Chevy Uplander with alot more confidence now. The weight of vehicule makes the tires bite really good.

Generally I have found this tire to be excellent in most winter driving conditions. However, I was somewhat surprised that it did not handle deep snow as well as the reviews indicated. I got stuck trying to leave my driveway after about a foot+ of snow fell. Perhaps no winter tire would have helped in snow that deep but I think I fared better in deep snow with other makes in previous winters. On a positive note, the tire is very quiet and the handling is superb. I felt confident in light snow, slushy and icy road conditions.

Bought these tires for wife on 2011 new 328i X-Drive. Factory all seasons are inferior for snow. These are massive and very noticeable upgrade for winter snow conditions. The only limiting factor with these on a 328 X-Drive is the ground clearance. They are slightly louder, but this is a very easy compromise for the huge improvement in traction and snow capability. I literally was able to traverse back roads in allegheny national forest Wher other cars simplly got stuck and needed pulled out. Her car with these tires is a very close second to my 4x4 truck with FIrestone Winterforce tires. The only reason it is less capable is my truck can handle deeper snow due to much better ground clearance. I highly recommend this tire for BMW's.

Great tires. Good for winter, they are soft compound, soft sidewalls.
