In my area we have concrete highway pavement with grooves to help with hydroplanning. On this pavement the tires wiggle around and will move the car up to 4" side to side. It is like being buffeted by high winds. That is why they only get 1 star. In snow on asphalt they are good.

Good snow tire but if you don't want to switch it out when the roads heat up I wouldn't recommend. At 65-70 MPH feels like the front end is going to shake the steering wheel loose on some surfaces. I had the balance checked and disk brakes turned to fix it but no deal. Still shimmies like crazy.
