Ran these tires on my car for one winter (brand new) had decent traction on ice but they lacked grip on snow. I drive on back roads on a daily basis and I didn't feel too confident with these tires. I ended up selling the set the same winter for Pirelli Winter Carving Edge. (I gave them a 5/5 for treadwear because I didn't run them for too long to see how they'd actually wear out)

I have these tires on my BMW 328 and they are quite nice, I really cant complain about anything except the noise. Especially on dry pavement, they are extremely noisy tires. But otherwise I am quite happy with them.

Nice winter tire! Minimal road noise on dry pavement and a little stiff as far as ride quality goes.

Great tires for traction in winter conditions and very predictable handling in city. On highway however, the tall tread blocks made of some less than ideal handling during lane changes and car tended to wander a little Excellent tire otherwise. Great traction.

A very well balanced effort by Toyo. Ice grip is very good, as good as the Michelin X-Ice2 I had on my previous car. Snow performance is in my opinion better than said Michelin, but not as good as some Gislaved (Nord-Frost 3 and 5) and Nokian tires I have used before. Dry and wet road performance is excellent, first winter tire I've had that doesn't feel like it's a compromise. Handling is very secure. Just have to make sure to bump up the air pressure by 10 extra psi due to my car normally having run-flat tires. At stock air pressure they are terrible... Glad I figured it out, totally transformed the performance of the tire in all conditions. Road noise is good but there... typical of a high quality winter. Same with the minor vibrations at highway speed, this is one of the smoothest winter tires I have had, however. Wear so far has been good. I'll get 3 seasons out of them, for sure.
