I use toyo observe garit kx on my prius V. I will not recommend those tire for a heavy car like mine. The handling on snow and ice is poor and i really don't fell safe driving whit them. Those tire are so loud on dry pavement. It will probably fit better on a lighter car like at toyota yaris or a nissan micra. will use for one winter.

I am going on the 4th season with these tires on my wife's car, with about 12,000 miles on the tires. The tread is still almost like new w/ no effective wear. As good in the snow and ice as can be and good on wet roads. Did a road trip with snow and rain last year; I had confidence in these tires at 70 mph on the freeway with them and they performed well. Worth the purchase.

I am going in to my second winter with these tires and they are great. I live in Northern BC so we get rain, tons of snow (with very little highway maintenance), black ice, freezing rain and these tires have seen me safely through it all. I had a little slippage on corners but it corrected very easily, also got stuck once, but that was due to several inches of snow on top of a thick layer of ice and trying to take off from a stop.

Ran these tires on my car for one winter (brand new) had decent traction on ice but they lacked grip on snow. I drive on back roads on a daily basis and I didn't feel too confident with these tires. I ended up selling the set the same winter for Pirelli Winter Carving Edge. (I gave them a 5/5 for treadwear because I didn't run them for too long to see how they'd actually wear out)

I have these tires on my BMW 328 and they are quite nice, I really cant complain about anything except the noise. Especially on dry pavement, they are extremely noisy tires. But otherwise I am quite happy with them.
