although I generally dont do a lot of hard cornering on pavement in my stock height 4wd silverado 1500, I am very heavy on the throttle whenever possible otherwise. Ive got a lot of aftermarket upgrades to my suspension and drive train with weight reduction. These Toyo AT2 tires are proving to be pretty tough I must say with the amount of hot rodding on dry pavement I put em through. Im happy I guess. I think they do well in the rain. I havent felt them hydroplane once yet in the front at 75mph. In the rear Id say theyre average. however, I drive pretty melo on wet roads for the most part. I would buy these again, unless I find something that has a more aggressive look with out sacrificing performance which is what Im lookn for right now.

I bought this tire instead of the BFG after reading endless reviews. They seem to be great tires, except for one thing: They are terrible when its raining. I cannot go from a stoplight without severely spinning. I thought it was just me for some reason until I talked to a friend who has the same tires on his Ram. He also thought it was just him because the tires had decent rain reviews. He also cannot drive without spinning out in the rain. I'm really disappointed and dont feel safe driving in the rain. Strangely they are fine in the snow though.
