I'm not much of a tire guy. But I am wet weather driver having lived in the Pacific NW all my life. With that in mind, these Atturo AT's are hands down the worst handling tires I have ever used on wet roads. I have to absolutely baby my Xterra around corners and thru round-a-bouts or else I'll loose traction and kick the rear end out. Going down wet hills I have to be overtly cautious of my speed, following distances and breaking power or I'll loose it coming to a stop. You can forget about handling/traction altogether when there's ice on the road. However, the dry road traction has been acceptable. I have had to lock 'em up with ABS in heavy traffic and was not concerned about my ability to stop in time or abruptly maneuver out of the way. With approx 30k miles on them within 13 months they have worn well. Probably because they're a harder rubber which points to the issues of driving on wet roads. They are very quiet on the highway. With all considered I would not recommend these tires unless you live in a VERY dry environment that sees little to no rain. I will never purchase them again. And there is no manufacturer warranty or mileage guarantee.
