The Bridgestone Blizzak LM-25, a directional, studless winter tire, delivers excellent snow and ice traction for high performance vehicles. With its 3D sipes, you can rely on the LM-25 for great dry performance and UNI-T technology provides well-balanced performance in wet conditions. Good in snow and ice. Pretty good in the wet. Predictable handling in nasty conditions. The sidewall is VERY stiff (run-flat), as a result it has a very stiff and unforgiving ride. They seem to be very loud in dry conditions. I have about 5K miles on these so far this winter. I like the tires. A little gummy in the dry at highway speeds, but not unpredictable. It is a winter tire. I am very happy, other than noise and harsh ride, it has been a really good snow tire.

My fourth BMW in wintery Alberta. Always mounted All-Season tires and uptight on icy roads because of wicked tendency for RWD to lose traction. These LM-25s have been amazing. They track beautifiully through new/deep snow and are very stable on packed. I'll never mount all-seasons again.
