Does This Tire Fit?

The Michelin LTX M/S marks our commitment to set a bold new standard in the Light Truck tire market.

Our Best-Selling Light Truck Tire. A long-time consumer favorite, MICHELIN® LTX® M/S tires offer long tread life and true all-season traction capabilities.

  • Full depth sipes for better traction. The density, interlocking full-depth sipes improve wet traction and serve as biting edges to get you through the snow. Straight sipes help deliver optimal grip in almost any kind of weather.
  • Optimized Contact Patch maximizes the stability of the tread blocks for longer life.
  • Deep circumferential grooves ensure superior wet traction. Working in concert with the lateral shoulder grooves, the water is swept back and evacuated out from under the contact patch.
  • An extra steel belt in load ranges D and E provides incredible durability and strength to handle loads up to 13,500 lbs

9-2012 I spent $1250 on 4 LTX M/S 2. Today 11-2018, @ 39,000 miles...Michelin stated that I am 2 months outside on my Warranty and they can not do anything about my Dry Rot-Cracking-Losing Air Pressure issue. Half the mileage still left on these tires ie; 80,000 mileage rating....making it worse...I asked about Customer Retention and/or a Grace window on the STATED Warranty. I was told 4-6 weeks might be a possibility. The Additional 2 weeks (2 months) however were out of the question and the discussion ended. I see no need to Buy the Michelin brand if was able to get 6 years of tread life from the other leading brands. My 2001 Expedition has had several sets of tires over the 160,000 miles and 17 years of constant service. My warm and fuzzy feelings of a Supreme product has ended with the same results here in Florida. They're all the same...Buy the Road Hazard, Rotate and monitor. 80,000 mile tire tread tires are worthless if they won't hold air due to cracking and/or physical breakdown of the rubber matrix.
