I have Pirelli P4's on 2 cars, namely a 2008 Toyota Camry and 2006 Chevy Malibu for 3 years. Both cars lasted no more than 40K miles and far short of the 85K, I would have rated the treadwear at 0/5, the lowest I could go was 1/5. They're good dry, wet, and comfort. There is a slight whistle at higher speeds. Due to the Treadwear, I did not even consider Pirelli again, went with the Michelin Defenders where I am getting good wear on a 2003 Buick LeSabre. Also with snow traction, handling with the 2008 Toyota Camry with the lighter I4 engine was terrible in snow, but still much better than the original Firestones that came with the car. Everybody in my house is easy on tires, treadwear and snow are major issues.

I have had these on my van for about 18 months, replacing a set of Cooper CS4's. These Pirelli's have better handling, smoother ride and less road noise. Performance on snow & ice is acceptable given it's not a dedicated snow tire. I have had them rotated and inspected regularly and they exhibit less wear than other tires I have used. I will have P4 Four Season tires put on my SUV when the time comes.

Exacerbated my 2004 Prius's tendency to "hunt", given it's inherently "floaty" suspension. I would point to the overly large and wide center sipe.
