If you want to by a yellow lettered tire, than these are for you, wasted my money on replacement tires on my 1970 z28 show car. it looks like I am a lazy ass who wont clean his tires, the car is kept in a heated/ac garage. I can not keep the white lettering white, I had previous owned multiple sets over the years with no problem, they will not warranty because they state there is no defect, and the oil from the tires bleed through causing the yellow, dirty look, but they never come white upon cleaning multiple ways, its hard to find a white lettered tire and they corner the market so think twice before you buy these if you take your car to shows.

 Nexen N3000

I restored a 1980 Z28 Camaro. Put Nexen tires on with new wheels. One of the tires was defective. Went back to Tire and Wheel Connection in Tomball, TX . They said they would take care of it.....but they did nothing. I went to Nexen for help and they never responded to any of my requests for help. DON'T buy Nexen tires!!!!

The BEST tires I have ever experienced. This is the 8th car I have owned and for every car, a different tire. By the way, the car is actually an 84 Camaro Z28 with a 700 horse Chevelle 350 in it and over 700 ft/lbs of torque... So the fact that I had complete control over it in almost any corner and at almost any speed was pretty impressive. The traction was unparalleled, and it would grip perfectly, only swinging out if I told it to. The engine was loud so I couldn't tell you with any certainty what the noise level was like, and I never got the chance to drive with them in snow. The tread life wasn't incredible, but they're a softer tire so, it's either great traction or great tire life (the regular burnouts probably didn't help either). The wet traction was incredible also, a little bit more slippage (and when I say a little, I mean exactly that), but I drive like a madman. Have to sell them with my rims but as soon as I can get this beast back on the road, I'm getting another set of these tires to go with it... They're the only ones I trust on it.
