 Cooper Discoverer M-S

nullThese are the loudest tires I haver ever owned. They are so loud they almost make my Ford Explorer un-drivable. I spoke with Cooper Tires customer service/complaint department via Email. I received an answer within a few days. The answer I was given sounded like a "canned" answer. I replied and was told to have discount tires, where I purchased the tires call Cooper. This, I assumed this never happened because I did not hear from Cooper again. Discount Tires attempted to solve my problem by selling me new tires. I again Emailed Cooper Tires and now they are ignoring me. There is no reason for Cooper to treat a customer like this. Needless to say I will never purchase another Cooper product and suggest you do the same.

Drives well but only 20,000 miles in and they have to be replaced because the tread has worn so bad. I have had these tire for a little over 2 years but because I dont have the proof if tire rotations bc my husband does at home cant use the warranty and will be buying new tires....back to yokohama.

 BFGoodrich Mud Terrain T-A KM2

Awesome tyre in the mud. Sounded great for the first 20k. Then wore unevenly, and sounded like a helicopter coming up the road. Rotated every 10k, balanced etc. But couldn't rectify the uneven wearing and noise. Even tried running different psi in the tyres to get them to wear differently. These tyres are hopeless on bitumen, and hate long bitumen trips. 3000km roadtrip in 1 week led me to replace them after due to noise/vibrations and safety concerns. Dont expect anything more than 60 000kms from these $350 AUD per tyre

Dependability is terrible, I am constantly having flats now matter where I go, I'm afraid to run over a toothpick because it will puncture the tire, not sure why, but I will never buy a set to replace these. I cannot tell you how many flats I have had since I bought this car. Totally crazy.

I have only had these tires for a brief period of time, but they have definitely exceeded my expectations as far as their handling characteristics and overall feel. They have excellent traction in mud, rain and loose dirt than my previous set of tires. We have had a relatively snow free winter, but in the limited snow/ice driving I have had to do so far they have not slipped or so much as broken traction during braking or acceleration. I would highly recommend these tires to anyone seeking an all-weather tire.

Very pleased, driven on mountain passes and windy/rainy conditions. A little noise but much quieter than studs.

I live in North Bay Ontario, where it is -30 to -40C from Dec 20 to Feb 20 most years. We get weekly snow storms of 30+cm dumpings and these tires are the BEST at icy, snowy conditions and performs really really well on dry and wet pavement. I've put on about 28000km on them so far, rotating them every 8000km and the wear is hardly noticeable. They are the most quiet "agressive" tires I've owned in years and are pretty smooth, considering the pattern. Highly Recommend!!

 Goodyear Ultra Grip SUV

Just got the tires rotated for the first time at 20K miles. They have been great so far, quiet and handle really well. I bought my Explorer last year brand new and opted to goith just FWD instead of 4x4 (Any good driver knows that 4x4 is unecessary especially in the snow), we also live in the Ottawa area of Canada and get some of the worst winter weather. These tires i would reccomend to anyone, looks like the tread will last until 60-80 K miles easily before needing to be replaced. I did not know that they stopped making them, that is a shame!
