I put these on my new truck in late December on the advice of guy who plows driveways in the area, and was pleasantly surprised. Compared to the Blizzaks on my old truck, I've noticed significantly better snow and slush (and rain) performance, but slightly inferior performance on ice. That's not a criticism just a comparison from experience, the ice performance when braking is still good and far beyond A/Ts I've used, but the Blizzaks seem to stop just a touch quicker. Where these really shine is snow and slush. For my climate, this is a favourable trade off. My road is winding and hilly, and with several feet of snow every year, getting home can be treacherous. I've never felt more secure, and the tires seem to thrive on snow, very confident performers. No slip, self steer, or loose traction in the snow and slush. Tread wear seems better than the Blizzaks, but I'm only 1 season and about 11,000 km in. If I had a complaint, it'd be noise, slightly higher hum than my Blizzaks, despite a quieter truck cabin. Not a big deal to me, but might bother some. The dry handling is what I'd expect for a winter tire, nothing exceptional, but not bad. Overall, a great value. I was so impressed, I just ordered a set of Winterforce for my Sentra. I'll review those after a season.

On 6th year for these tires, quite amazing non studded. They have taken me where others don't dare year round! I need to replace them this year. Definitely replacing with the same brand.
