 Firestone Winterforce 2

Compared to my previous Bridgestone Blizzak winters, these Firestones are amazing! First off the Blizzaks I had were only on for one season and I had to get rid of them because they made my car wicked twitchy in the snow and dangerous in the wet. They also burned up a third of their usable tread pattern in only 6000 kms. Brand new was 12/32. April of 2017 when I took them off the tires were at 8/32. I expected better from bridgestone. Now on to the Firestones. So damn quiet I forget I am running winter tires. In the wet and snow these GRIP! I have 100% confidence in these tires in all conditions. Just like the previous generation Winterforce tires these are stellar in sloppy wet snow, packed snow, and even on ice I have had no problems. I will definitely buy these again when needed, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a middle priced tire that has the same performance characteristics of the bigger brands. Oh and I have put 5000 kms on these and the tread pattern and sipes are still there. I have only lost 1 mm of tread depth.

 Bridgestone Ecopia EP422

Horrible tires. In the snow, they might as well be bald. These useless tires caused me to slide for 30 or 40 ft right into someone because they were unable to get any grip at about 10mph in an inch of snow. They also are very loud and uncomfortable, and they scream through any corner if the car is going faster than the average minivan.. I've never come close to having an accident before, not even with sporty rwd cars in much more snow with a lot more worn out tread. Thanks, Bridgestone. Now I'm left with a damaged car and an at fault accident. These will be replaced ASAP. I can't stress enough how dangerous these tires are for any cold climate areas.
